It sure is a tough time in todays market. People are scared of what is going on. This is the best time to buy . The experts are saying to throw more money in the stock market. The same should be true with the real estate market. Do not pull out now. Interest rates are very low. Inventory is very high. Instead of waiting for prices to come down... pay attention to the interest rates. They will not get much lower. So if you are in the position to buy you should buy.
